All You Wanted to Know And More

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

We usually say up to 2 weeks, this covers us if deliveries are late etc. Most projects are completed within a couple of days and if you have a deadline you need to meet let us know and we will cater for you.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We can accept all Major credit and debit cards other than American Express, cash is also accepted.
For large contracts we can provide an invoice which can be paid by BACS, Cash, Telephone Order or Cheque.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If anything is wrong with your frame when you get it home then bring it straight back in and we will rectify it, however all items must be checked before leaving the store as we cannot cover for damage caused by yourself in transport. Over time adhesives can diminish , if anything is too move in your frame at anytime drop it back in and we will fix it all back up for you.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We don't currently offer Gift cards but this can be arranged should you be interested.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

DO YOU HAVE CUSTOMER PARKING?

We don't have parking spaces available for customers, however, our shop can be accessed from Service Yard 3 in Camberley.

ARE YOUR PRICES COMPETITIVE?

We like to think so. We will beat any genuine quote in the local area for picture framing.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

Yes, all of our prices include VAT so no nasty surprises when you come to check out.

WHAT ARE YOUR CARRIAGE CHARGES?

Delivery charges differ depending on the item and location. Contact us for a quote on delivery. All items are sent with an insured courier.

CAN I COLLECT MY ITEM?

Ofcourse, we have a store in Camberley where you can come and collect your item from.

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND THEN CHANGE MY MIND?

If we have not yet started your order then we will issue a full refund, if we have started making your item to your specifications then we can not offer a refund.
